Jennifer Ford has dedicated the past fifteen years to producing quality programming in the field of television and video production.
Currently, she produces her own work focusing on educational videos and documentaries. Formerly, she served as the Production Manager for Scratch Media, a multimedia company that specializes in corporate videos, commercials, and live events. In her previous role as the Health and Medicine Producer for UCSD-TV, she was awarded Emmy, FREDDIE, Aurora, and Telly awards for her programming, which brought national and international recognition to the station. Prior to this, as a Producer for IMO Productions, she focused on developing programming for the criminal justice system and social interest topics. She created award-winning multimedia productions to benefit clients such as the U.S. Department of Justice, the California District Attorneys Association, and Peace Officer Standards and Training.
A native of Southern California, Ford received her B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles, studied abroad with Semester at Sea, and worked in Zambia for three years. Her cross-cultural learning experience in over twelve countries not only honed her compassion for social justice, but it also ignited her passion for history, global peace-making and international travel having visited over twenty countries.
